A route designed for lovers of local cuisine accompanied by the best views of the city
The tour is divided into four parts. Each part is set at a time and therefore the dish to taste is related to the moment in which it originates.
We will start this tour in one of the most traditional squares in Córdoba, such as Plaza del Potro until you reach the Roman Cordoba. In the first terrace we will enjoy the flavors of the star dish such as the mazamorra a cream that has its origin in the Roman era and there is nothing better than doing it in front of the oldest witness of all Cordovan history such as the Guadalquivir River and the Bridge Roman.
After a light walk along the riverbank and once in the heart of the Jewish quarter we will taste some very popular products among Jewish-Muslim communities. The tasting will take place in the old courtyard of an Andalusian house.
It will be after the serfardí meal when we enter the Christian part of the city of Córdoba. We go back to the 18th century when one of the most popular dishes of the city of Córdoba is born, such as oxtail.
Finally, we will walk through the Medina until we reach the last terrace, a hidden but surprising place, it will not leave you indifferent.
